1. Marine Department Notification no.135 / 2564 on Change of terminal audit checklist attached to the
Announcement of the Marine Department No. 76/2558

This Notification objective is to determine criteria and procedures for terminal inspection, to ensure that the inspected terminal is operating in accordance with
the safety standards and there is preparation to prevent and eliminate marine pollution from oil, chemicals, and harmful substances. This inspection carries
out annually by a Harbor Master from Marine Department of Thailand.

2. Port Security Guide (Direct reference to ISPS code)

This Guide includes minimum security arrangements for ships, ports, and government agencies. It prescribes responsibilities to governments, shipping companies,
shipboard personnel, and port/facility personnel to "detect security threats and take preventive measures against security incidents affecting ships or port facilities
used in international trade."
