Search and Rescue
The coordination of search and rescue services is provided by the Office of the Search and Rescue Commission,
which is the Rescue Coordination Center or RCC of Thailand as stipulated in the Ministerial Regulations.
The coordinating mechanism is formulated in our National SAR Plan, covering both Aeronautical and Maritime within
Thailand’s SAR Region is shown in the picture.
The current Standard Operating Procedure or SOP is included in the National SAR Plan, which was latest updated
in two thousand twenty-one.
